1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sofuu website, documentation, and the Sofuu runtime executable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Proprietary License

Sofuu is proprietary software owned by the Sofuu project and is distributed exclusively in compiled binary form. It is not open source: no source code is provided or licensed. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the binaries for your own lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the software, and you may not remove any proprietary notices, except to the extent applicable law permits it.

3. Proprietary QTSQ Components

The QTSQ (.qtsq / .qtsw) binary tensor format specifications and models embedded in the Sofuu binaries are proprietary intellectual property of the Sofuu project. Separate commercial approval is required if you wish to build independent, competing read/write implementations of the QTSQ format outside the official Sofuu ecosystem.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Sofuu runtime is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

5. Appropriate Use

You agree not to use the Sofuu software or its associated cloud infrastructure to conduct illegal activities, deploy malicious payloads (malware/ransomware), or intentionally bypass safety mechanisms placed by third-party AI model providers accessed through our APIs.
