1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sofuu website, documentation, and the Sofuu runtime executable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Open Source License

The core Sofuu JavaScript execution runtime is distributed under the MIT License. Your use, modification, and distribution of the open-source software codebase are governed solely by the terms of the MIT License, which is included in the root of the source code repository.

3. Proprietary QTSQ Components

The MIT License does not extend to the QTSQ (.qtsq / .qtsw) binary tensor format specifications or models. The QTSQ mathematical format is proprietary intellectual property. Separate commercial approval is required if you wish to build independent, competing read/write implementations of the QTSQ format outside the official Sofuu ecosystem.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Sofuu runtime is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

5. Appropriate Use

You agree not to use the Sofuu software or its associated cloud infrastructure to conduct illegal activities, deploy malicious payloads (malware/ransomware), or intentionally bypass safety mechanisms placed by third-party AI model providers accessed through our APIs.
